    Gmail gets IMAP

    this is so cool. As I check my daily feeds , one news that caught my attention is that Gmail introduce on more nice feature. IMAP.

    What I love about imap access is that, we can access our mail anywhere, because the email is kept is the server. only headers are are being fetch first.

    On Gmail IMAP, some source said that only certain people will get the new features, but I think Gmail will implement the features to all users.

    Now I’m downloading all the headers from gmail. Damn fast… 7K email in just under 2 minutes. I using thunderbird 2.0 

    Yay!
